This purchase is a final sale and cannot be cancelled. Deposits are not refundable nor can they be applied for credit on other merchandise. All merchandise must be paid in full at the time of delivery. No garment can be altered unless it is paid in full. Alteration cost is not included in the price of garment. Not responsible for merchandise not picked up by the customers. Due to the nature of the industry, dresses originate from many sources. Rush cuts and extra fabric charges are determt by Jobyna's Bridal and Tuxedo. Fees to accommodate special orders.
